A non-refundable deposit of one night is required to confirm your booking. Cancellation Policy When full payment has been made a refund (less the deposit and administration expenses – 10%) will be organized in the following circumstances: Cancellation is notified two months in advance of the booking date. Vacancy is filled to the same terms and conditions as original booking. We cannot refund if the cancellation is received less than fourteen days from the date of arrival, except in exceptional circumstances and at our discretion or another booking replaces this cancellation. In the event of either the sea or air transport being cancelled, clients are required to use the alternative means of transport or forfeit their deposit.
